My family (Rick, Shayla & Lukas) and I moved to Arizona in 2018 from Maryland. We found Light of Christ Church and fell in love with it immediately because it's all about Jesus and serving others. I am blessed to have the privilege of serving the amazing Preschool Team and the Preschool Families.

Tracy Fuller

I’m an Arizona Native and have been married for over 29 years. I am a mother of two beautiful girls and a grandmother to two boys. I currently reside in Gilbert with my husband and our four dogs. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. In 2005, I received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. Since then, I have been in the classroom. I have taught 2nd Grade, Kindergarten and now Preschool. I am so grateful to instruct the 4’s class where we can explore and learn about a loving relationship with our Lord Jesus. In the next year we will learn the social and foundational skills needed for Kindergarten.

Hilary Paterson

I was born and raised in Montana, and in 2023 my husband and I felt God leading our family to Arizona. We’ve been blessed to plant our roots here with our two boys who keep us constantly on the go! When I’m not watching sports or cheering them on in soccer, baseball, or swimming, I love to work out, listen to worship music, relax at the beach, and play Mario Kart as a family.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve at LOC and look forward to helping and guiding students as they grow in their relationship with Christ!

Kaylee DuVall

My name is Kaylee DuVall. I enjoy teaching and helping the children at Light of Christ. I am currently taking classes as CGCC toward my degree in elementary education. I currently reside in Gilbert with my family. In my free time, I like to go on hikes with friends and family, go swimming in the summer and spend quality time with the people I love. The biggest blessing about working at Light of Christ for me is that I am freely allowed to spread Jesus' Gospel to these beautiful children of his.

Carolyn Jester

My name is Carolyn Jester. I grew up in Arizona and met my husband when we were in elementary school at church. We have been married for 27 years and have five children ranging in age from 26-18 yrs old. I graduated from NAU with a degree in elementary and special education. I have taught every grade from high school down to 3 year olds mostly in special education. I retired after 25+ years then decided I missed the students so I joined the Light Of Christ preschool team helping in Ms. Kaylee’s class.

Jenny Spicka

My family and I moved to Arizona in 2019 from Illinois. I earned my B.A. in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to Disney, spending time with my family and swimming. I am blessed to be teaching at Light of Christ Preschool.

Olivia Spicka

My name is Miss Olivia, and I am excited to be working in the Littles room at Light of Christ Preschool. The lord has blessed me to be here and given me the opportunity to assist in the classroom! Im looking forward to a year full of learning and growth with the students. I cant wait to work with your kiddos this year.
